Don't Blame God

I believe that God is in control, not of everything, but at least of the big picture. It says somewhere in the Bible that God is jealous to protect His word...He will do whatever it takes to see to it that His word is fulfilled, his prophesies are realized. What kind of God would he be if he didn't keep His word anyway. For instance, He promised many times in the Old Testament that the Jews would return to Israel in the end times, which they have. What if, and this is of course just speculation on my part, our merciful and loving Creator allowed the Holocaust to happen to his people the Jews just so His promise would come true. So yes, thousands of innocent people were killed and tortured, but the end result was the leaders of the world decided to give the Jewish people their own homeland back, just as God had promised. Was God responsible for the actions of the Nazis? May it never be. He gave us all the freedom to follow Him, or to do as we please. Never blame God for the actions of people, even people who claim to be doing His will. He gave up the right to interfere in the lives of us humans unless He is asked to do so.
